Mark Bieber

It is with great sadness that we note the passing of Dr. Mark Bieber in April, 2001. Mark died of a heart attack while on a business trip in Germany. Mark was a past president of the World Congress, and of Congregation Beth Simchat Torah, and was one of the co-chairs of the Horizons 2000 conference.
