Since the WCGLBTJ; Keshet Ga’ava is an umbrella organization the board is composed of directors from member organisations. The board meets once a year in conjunction with the world or regional conference. In the Annual meeting the board elects the Steering Committee, approves the Budget, approves changes to the bylaws, determines WC policy, and discuses issues that concern member organizations. The 2004 board meeting held in Mexico has resolved to put an emphasis on assisting and encouraging our member organisations to assist GLBT Jewish organisations in Latin America.
